This beer began its journey over 5,000 years ago when glacial water began its journey and natural filtering process. Gose is a sour beer. We brewed it with wheat and barley, mullet, hand-harvested sea salt from the Norwegian Sea and a small pinch of coriander. This results in a very complex and distinctive taste and aroma.
